Axiom also believes in staying up to date on the newest and best methods which includes green building and renovating homes and businesses to create sustainable built environments.
Samuel Kim, the founder, uses his extensive professional education and industry experience to create the best results for our clients. With over 21 years of construction work, specifically in New York City, clients can draw upon his experience in home renovations and commercial fit-outs to navigate the complexities and rewards of construction projects in our great city.
In terms of professional education, Samuel Kim is a LEED AP BD+C certified professional and is dedicated to building a healthy built environment in NYC. He has also graduated with a Master's degree in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago. We use every bit of technical experience and education to benefit our clients. This includes memberships in several professional organizations such as the Construction Management Association of America, the Urban Green Council, NYC Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, and also the Urban Land Institute.
